IN SEARCH OF THE LOST BACKBONE

SOMEONE HAS TO GROW A BACK BONE

Where Oh where do we look.  Everywhere there is trouble, it’s either brewing away unnoticed or it’s in our face and we still can’t see it for looking. The first matter that has been boiling away, since 1996 and perhaps since before that date.  It’s all the sleaze that was swirling around the so called Epstein Files.  Are we to seriously believe there are files of all these people, many are some of the most prominent people across all sectors of the world.  But what is cropping up is the shear number of young people who it seems have been exploited in a sexual sense by the rich and so called powerful.  It seems that all the activity has been hidden from coming out by the Authorities whose sole job was to always protect these young people from this sort of sexploitation.  When we have to think of all these innocent lives that have been damaged we have to wonder why this has been hidden for all this time even though we have all had our noses rubbed in this filth for almost 30 years and to think the men and the women involved have had such a huge say in how our world runs has to leave us with disbelief at the extent and depth to this depravity.  The second and equally as depressing is the current state of the World of decent Christian people.  It’s now more than 2,000 years since the Christian Bible was delivered and how we as Humans should in all cases behave towards each other.  We are taught about standards of behavior which our known Creator, God Almightily,  has defined for us for our lives knowing there are other societies who have a strange view of life on Earth and how we should care for each other and our young, and on these principals we have based our laws and built  societies in many parts of the World to reflect these wonderful values and standards of behavior which we are expected to live by.  This has allowed us to develop a number of strong and loving societies which by and large co-habit with some degree of care for each other.  We have trained ourselves to be considerate and understanding towards others including those amongst us who transgress at times in most unacceptable ways.  We often refer to the Tree of Life as a beacon of light to guide us through the rough passages and we have our police and armed forces at hand to be able to provide us the heavy hand of guidance to take us aside and hopefully set us back on the side right should we stray.  We have over the years developed systems of Governance where we elect, by a process of voting into power, people who are able to provide us with leadership.  Today those roles of leadership have been slowly eroded by us electing the wrong sort of people for the roles.  We first have to understand what is required of our leaders.  I recall a few years ago when there was a call for a change of leadership and one of our Party’s elected a largely unknown man who had been a successful businessman overseas.  That would make him by necessity a good and wise leader although his experience was not in this Country or with Kiwi's.  He owned a big house with electrically controlled gates and the election was being held in inclement weather.  So our news media gathered outside the gates to get an interview.  They were camped there for 2 or 3 days. And at no time did the lady of the house bake a batch of scones and brew up a pot of tea and opened the gates and even went out to great the waiting media who were waiting in the wind and rain.  The resulting publicity about the situation left any normal person considering who was to be the next leader, was it that man who did demonstrate no care what so ever for the suffering media gang was also not deserving our vote.  It just goes to show that even when we treat people badly they rise to the top as did this man and after a number of years hiding away at the top this leader had to appoint two deputies one of whom was the only politician to walk into a 4 month old protest group outside the parliament to talk with the protestors seeking an end.  In the end the police were armed with battering equipment to end the protests with as much violence as they deemed necessary to end the matter and to this day the protest groups continue to meet in various places as the neglect has never been faced up to.  At another level a very senior policeman was accused of raping a woman who worked in the police station and it was later found that he had a computer filled with child porn.  The Chief of police at the time of the protests left his job at the top to take up another post and a new police chief inherited this senior policeman in his team who had raped a woman we are told who also watched and shared child porn.  So the three senior police persons who were running the police service found another ‘senior’ policeman to take over the role of top cop.  The problem is he was selected from the top of the line of the tainted police management and now we wonder about the leadership of the Country and its enforcement branch and not without good reason.  Standards are just that and to top it off the policemen who was accused of raping has had the woman at the centre of the rape,  i.e. the victim being prosecuted for making a public noise about the matter to shut her up.  So much for the independence of the Judiciary who are more concerned about reputation of the law keepers than they are for fairness of the law as it is applied to those who can’t always protect themselves.  So we now live in a World where the leadership can do what ever it likes.  The News media has been taught to keep it’s nose out of places which upsets the rich and famous and we all cower in line for fear of loosing all we have left because those in power hold on to their roles through fear and the local Christian Churches know enough to keep their flock protected from seeing the world as we now have it.   The top policeman facing a 10 year sentence got 9 months home detention. God bless the whistleblowers and the Brave.  I see there is a move to make gun ownership so difficult no one is able or allowed to protect themselves and their family because we are governed by creepy nasty people who have everything to loose and who make sure that the rest of us pay for their peccadilloes.  Of course I can’t finish this piece without a comment about Tom Phillips and his killing.  I haven’t seen any public release of the official details release about what really occurred.  All I know is that the police knew his location and what they could face, so without organizing themselves to investigate why this matter arose 4 years ago and was never resolved.  Seriously the police know how to avoid a gun fight but they managed to do this in a forest situation so that the only witness was killed so the police got themselves a free ride to conclusion.  I see the lady who kicked off the uncovering of McSkimming business has been prosecuted and jailed for making a false complaint against the police.  So there is no chance of anyone other than the police to witness the death of Tom Phillips.  I can see why the Christians are desperate for the return of Jesus as there is a lot of cleaning out of the immoral and the wicked and untrustworthy who don’t have any relationship with God Almighty and Christianity.  As with any living thing when the rot sets in we have to remove all that is rotten and all that which came into contact with what is rotten.  We may be nice people but being ruthless enough to clean up our corner properly is obviously not a job for the faint hearted or those with a weak constitution which has been overrun with careless kindness and the bending of the Rules of Law.
